Management Team
Damien McFaul – Managing Director
Damien has over 15 years of recruitment experience and had a resounding impact
in his first major recruitment role in the City of London at a global Telecoms
recruitment provider. In 2003 Damien Co-founded Alexander Leigh Consulting (ALC)
- a leading Medical, Social and Healthcare recruitment company, and seven years
later with precise decision making and forward-thinking, the company has seen
massive growth making it among the leading companies of choice in their field.
Damien is a past receiver of ‘Top Entrepreneur’ from Lloyds TSB and he is now
adding his expertise and knowledge to the education sector.
Jason Robinson – Finance Director
Jason has nearly 20 years of recruitment & accounting experience and his first
major role was to head up the banking division of a Finance recruiter based in
the City. Jason’s management and leadership was quickly tapped into as the
Finance Director of a leading IT recruiter before joining forces in 2003 with
Damien McFaul as Co-founder and Director of Alexander Leigh Consulting. Jason is
also a past receiver of Lloyds TSB’s ‘Top Entrepreneur’ and his drive and
un-swerving commitment laid solid foundations on which to build ALC into the
force it is today. Jason matches this with a level of passion that has helped
shape School Staffing into the brand it is today.
Jamie Hassall – IT and Operations Director
Jamie’s background is over 10 years in IT and after working in various City
based IT departments he set up his own IT consultancy – Hassall Free - in 2006,
supplying turnkey IT solutions to recruitment companies throughout the UK. Not
satisfied with running one successful company, Jamie gave birth to the idea that
is School Staffing, and after early developments he approached Damien & Jason at
ALC with the main framework in place to launch the company. Jamie’s signature IT
finesse has seen major developments within the company systems that match and
better anything else in the industry, and his outstanding talent and desire to
succeed is the backbone of School Staffing.
Greg Oram – Managing Consultant and Educational Advisor
Greg is a former Head of Drama and specialises in behaviour management,
presentation skills for teachers, the use of Drama in the curriculum, and lesson
planning support. He has 10 years experience of classroom teaching in inner-city
comprehensive schools and he now delivers a range of seminars that have a proven
track-record of supporting the development of teachers, in particular those that
are over-seas trained and supply teachers. He trained as an actor and offers
expert advice on vocal and personal delivery. Greg also has a wealth of
experience as a professional mentor for both PGCE and GTP students, as well as
NQT’s and his background and passion for education is un-rivalled. Greg is
committed to placing high-calibre teachers in schools, and this endeavour has
seen a rapid growth in key areas.
